Union on Elizabeth will house 102 new apartments with 402 bedroom/bathrooms near Colorado State University’s campus. This project houses a 5 story parking garage with a roof top patio, pool, and hot tubs. This buildings gas main is 10” to feed all of the hot water heaters throughout the project.
